We began our IVF journey with Ruth in January 2025, after she came highly recommended by a friend of a friend. From our very first conversation, I knew she was the right person to guide us. Her professionalism, knowledge, and calm confidence immediately reassured me, and my gut told me she would help us through this — especially as, at 48, this was my last chance to have a child with my partner.

Ruth supported us every step of the way. She explained everything clearly, told us exactly what we needed to do and when, and was genuinely available around the clock. Her compassion never felt forced; her guidance was always sincere.

By May 2025 — just five months later — we were in Greece for treatment. To our surprise, Ruth even came to the hospital to say hello, despite being on holiday. We were incredibly fortunate that our IVF worked on the first attempt, and on 02/01/2026 our miracle baby was born.

We will never be able to thank Ruth enough for her support, encouragement, and unwavering dedication throughout the entire process. God blessed us with a baby, but Ruth is the one who made it possible.
