We met Ruth after a frank conversation with our London-based fertility doctor. They recommended Egg donation as the next step of our fertility journey and told us about Ruth and her services.

Ruth helped us find the right clinic for us abroad, she arranged all the tests we needed to do prior to going over and helped us make sense of the results. We were unlucky that we didn’t have success initially, but IVF is like this. It helped that Ruth was compassionate, positive, and inquisitive about what might be going on and worked with our clinic to revise treatment plans based on how my body was responding to the treatment. Infertility and the need to turn to IVF to build a family is difficult, but I always felt as though we were in safe hands with Ruth.

Our baby is two and a half. I had a happy and healthy pregnancy and am in the middle of a busy family life. Ruth made managing infertility as good as it could be, and looking back it doesn’t feel so awful as Ruth helped us see this was all part of the process.
